When it comes to brewing your own coffee, there are 3 main things you need.

2) Coffee Grinder
3) Coffee Maker
Without any one of them, there will be no way you can make any coffee. Did you notice how coffee beans comes first? Well, that's because
different coffee beans have different taste and the brand and type you choose makes a huge difference to
the outcome.
One of our site visitors send us an email last week telling us his story about how he completely disregarded the fact that he purchased the wrong beans and ended up blaming the burr grinder manufacturer for their defects.
In his complaint to the company, He claims that he's tasted the brand before and that he believes it was the grinder that
destroyed the taste of his coffee. He wanted to get an immediate refund, but when he got asked to check his coffee beans package again. He realized
that he had bought the wrong type. In fact, it was a type he haven't tasted before, so he would never have known what it would taste like.
so, he ended up apologizing and after he went back to the supermarket and bought the right ones. He send another email back to the manufacturer thanking them for their high quality grinder and that
he's now enjoying the best coffee of his life.
His story tells us that if you believe there is a problem with your grinder, before confronting the retailer or
manufacturer, you should think from the root and find out if you had the right coffee beans to start with.
