How To Make a Cappuccino?

This is another popular coffee drink that usually taste slightly stronger than the caffe latte. The reason behind it is because it uses the same amount of espresso with less milk and served in a smaller cup or glass. People who are not use to it may find that the cappuccino taste stronger and more bitter than other coffees.

Simply follow the espresso process extracting 25-30ml of espresso into a 150ml-180ml coffee cup. Then pour in enough "Stretched Milk" into the cup and then top with at least 10mm to 15mm of milk foam. Finally, sprinkle some chocolate powder on top of the foam to get the extra flavor.(Please refer to the picture on the top of this page)
