How To Make a Flat White?

This is a fairly simple coffee recipe...very similar to a latte, but with slightly less milk foam. The flat white is also very similar to the cap as it is normally served in a smaller size cup or mug, hence making it taste slightly stronger too.

Simply extract 25-30ml of espresso into a cup or glass (170ml-220ml) and then add steamed silky milk into the content and then top up with approximately 2mm-5mm of smooth milk foam. (refer to the picture above)
