How To Make a Iced Coffee?

Summer has finally arrived and you went to a cafe in the city with a friend. Without thinking too much, you ordered a hot cappuccino...and your friend suddendly said, "Are you Crazy? It's 30 degrees and you're drinking that?" Suddenly, you realized you made a mistake and immediately asked the staff to change your drink to an "Iced Coffee"

Does this sound familiar?

Well....that's why this is one of the most popular drinks in summer, especially when you're craving for caffeine and prefer not to drink anything hot.

The process is very similar to a making a iced chocolate and all you need to start is a 260-330ml glass. Extract 25-30ml of espresso and let it cool down for 30 minutes. Pour the cooled espresso into the glass and then add one scoop of vanilla ice cream into the glass, followed by cold milk to top it up. Add about 15-25mm of whipped cream and then sprinkle some chocolate powder on top to finish (refer to the picture above).

There you have it...the perfect coffee that actually cools your body temperature down.
